What is the estimated delivery time of an online order?
- Online orders are processed, delivered and installed (if needed) within 3 to 6 working days of receiving the payment

Standard shipping & fixing charges shall apply on all furniture items for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

How do I track my Online order?
- We try our best to deliver your product before you can even think 'Where is it now?' :) i.e. well within 3 to 5 working days of receiving payment (or 15 to 20 working days in the case of arranging stock from external warehouse). In case of any delay, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them the status of their order.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?
- Before finalizing the Final Finish Report (FFR) upon product delivery and installation, please ensure the following:
1. Inspect all external surfaces of the product for any signs of breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer/insect infestations.
2. If there is any dust or lack of shine, our installation team can promptly address this by applying wood polish or gently rubbing the surface with a cloth, which is a standard industry practice for cleaning and polishing.
3. For products requiring assembly, ensure our installation team visits on the next working day after delivery to assemble the product(s), and verify that all nuts and bolts are present and fitting properly.
4. For products requiring wall installation, decide in advance the exact location in your home where you want the product placed, and instruct the installation team accordingly. Ensure all necessary approvals for any drilling required for wall items in your apartment/home are obtained beforehand.
5. For products placed on the floor, confirm that they stand steady and straight. If any leg is uneven by less than 5 mm, our team will install bushes at the foot of that leg to improve balance. If the unevenness exceeds 5 mm, we will either replace or repair the item as necessary.
6. For seating products, test their stability by sitting on them to ensure structural integrity under your weight.
7. We ensure that internal storage areas are finished properly to prevent loose pieces or splinters. However, the level of polish on internal areas may differ from external areas.
8. Natural qualities of wood such as differing grain patterns, minimal stain differences, and small knots are expected. Small knots that do not impact the product's structure will be filled with putty and polished. Any knots affecting structural stability will be rejected during quality control.
9. Hardwood products may expand slightly during summer months, potentially causing drawers to stick. If this occurs, please contact our customer care team, and our after-sales service team will minimize the expansion effect by sanding the sides of the product.
10. After our delivery/installation team leaves your location, we can only address manufacturing defects and fair usage breakages as outlined in the warranty policy.
What if I have received a damaged product?
- We work with sellers who have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product (damage as defined by the situations in the prior question), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us on our customer care numbers (0310-4765624 , 0321-4143333) or write to us at help@wildstone.pk.
- Our team will assess the damage and revert within stipulated time with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.
What if I do not like the product or cannot take delivery of my order? Can I cancel the order?
- We, at Wildstone Interiors, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges (unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item) and refunds for order cancellations.
FOR ALL PRODUCTS: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer's premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. Our delivery staff will assist the customers with any questions they have.
